My kids love this simple dip. Add a bag of pre-cut, washed vegetables (cauliflower, brocolli and carrots) and they have a fast, nutritious afternoon snack that is high in fiber and vitamins.
Mix together:
1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp salt 1/4 c. chopped chives 1/4 c. finely chopped mint 1 T lemon juice
This holds in the frig for up to a week. |
