| Oregano Sauce |

This versatile sauce can be served with fish, rice or even as a dipping sauce for Italian bread. We also brush it on grilled meats.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 4 sprigs of Greek oregano
Pour olive oil into small bowl. Add lemon juice. Mix. Slice garlic cloves as this as you can, add to oil. Remove thyme and oregano leaves from stems and mix with oil. Let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors and then serve.
