Spicy Beef with Thai Basil

 

A quick easy entrée any night of the week.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz peanut oil
8 oz thinly sliced beef
2 oz fresh chopped thai basil leaves
3 oz sliced white onion
3 oz sliced bell pepper
1 1/2 oz chili sauce
3 oz fish sauce

Heat the wok and season lightly with peanut oil.  Add beef and stir fry about 30 seconds.  Next, add vegetables along with thai basil and cook approximately 45 seconds more.  Season with chili sauce and fish sauce.  Serve with rice.
