| Tarragon Salmon |

Attractive dish - looks impressive even though its simple.
Ingredients
2 lbs salmon fillet 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine 2 tbsp lemon juice 4 sprigs fresh tarragon, chopped 2 tbsp butter, melted 1/2 tsp pepper
Place salmon in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Brush with butter. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salmon. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
