Marjoram

Marjoram is a close relative of Oregano with generally finer leaves. Once used as an air freshener, it is now common in a wide variety of foods, used as flavoring for meats and cheeses, and especially common in tomato sauces. It should be used as soon as possible after purchase and stored in the refrigerator in a tightly-wrapped plastic bag.
