| Chervil |
|
Chervil, one of French cuisine's fines herbes, is a mild-flavored relative of parsley. Dry, its flavor is much weaker but when fresh it makes an excellent garnish for poultry or salad, as well as in soup. It should be used as soon as possible after purchase, but can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. Source: Answers.com
