Arugula

Arugula is a leafy green that has seen growing popularity since the 1990s. It has a rich, peppery taste, a similar smell, and is surprisingly flavorful for a leafy green. It is generally used in salads but can also be used with pastas, meats, pizzas.
Arugula has a short shelf life and should be used as soon as possible after purchase. When storing, keep it in a tightly-wrapped plastic bag and refrigerated.
